Founding and Focus

The Africa Resilient Communities & Infrastructure Lab was founded by a researcher affiliated with the University of Pennsylvania, whose work focuses on infrastructure systems, energy justice, and climate resilience in the Global South. The Lab builds on ongoing research examining the impacts of large-scale infrastructure systems on communities, with a particular emphasis on advancing equitable and sustainable solutions across Africa.
